Conical In-Line Strainer

Strainers are widely used for flushing of pipe lines during commissioning. It protects mechanical seals of expensive pumps, rotating equipment, Instruments etc. They trap debris, left out welding butts, nuts & bolts etc. It is generally installed between two pipe line Flanges.

For finer mesh above 150 Micron we offer 3.5% Silver Brazing on wire mesh joints.

Construction :

Normally wire mesh is fixed on outer surface of supporting perforated cage. Overlapped & circumferential wire mesh joints are spot welded.
