Basket Strainers

Basket strainers are extensively used to strain foreign matters from pipelines and to protect expensive pumps, meters , valves and mechanical seals. These strainers reduce downtime for cleaning due to their inherent construction of bolted cover and easy removal of screens. They are also ideal for fine straining. Basket Strainer Screen have Large Filtration area.

Y-strainers

Y-Strainers are most commonly used in the industry. These are suitable for water, oil, and gas. It has a compact design with full flow, with moderate filtration area for a low-pressure drop. The Screen is strengthened for its rigidity and long life.

Conical In-Line Strainer

Conical strainers are widely used as SWEEPERS for flushing pipeline debris prior to commissioning plants and equipment. Their main function is to remove debris forgotten or leftover objects such as welding electrode butts, slag, pliers, spanners, nut bolts etc. These strainers protect the screen of Y and basket strainers, cartridge of microfine filters, expensive piping equipment, gas compressors etc. We also provide special SPACER RING to compensate the gap left by cone strainer collar when it is removed from the installation. Conical strainers as per client’s requirement are also offered.

Conical strainers that we offer are extensively used as sweepers for flushing pipeline debris prior to commissioning of plants & equipment. Their main function is to remove objects such as welding electrode butts, slag, pliers, spanners, nut-bolts etc. These strainers protect the screen of Y and Basket strainers, cartridge of microfine filters and other expensive piping equipment.
